It all started in 2005, not long after having our first child, we realised while shopping for baby items that there was a real need for a store that stocked the best quality brands from prams and pushchairs to nursery furniture such as cotbeds and changing stations and gave a more personal service to new and expecting parents.

We chose Bridgend, close to the M4 Jct 36 because it is about midway between the 2 major cities of Cardiff and Swansea, plus easy to get to from the Vale of Glamorgan and Rhondda Valleys. We quickly grew to become the largest independent nursery store in South Wales where we have large displays of most pram models and colours from all the major baby brands. We had to install a mezzanine level into the store in 2011 to be able to expand upwards, this is now where you will find all our nursery furniture and bedding, set up exactly as it would be in your home.

We have a great team working in the store, who are all parents themselves, so are qualified to give advise on all things baby. They are also formally qualified in fitting car seats, so this is another area where you can find excellent advice.

Even in this age of internet shopping, we find that lots of customers prefer to call into the store to try the products and chat to the staff and make it easier to navigate the minefield that is buying baby products.
