After weeks of attempting to look at prams in large high street stores unsuccessfully, I visited Bumps N Babies. It was wonderful - the staff were lovely, and never pushy, I felt so supported, and ended up really confident in the pram I chose. This is completely down to the staff being so helpful.
I wouldn't hesitate to buy from here again, nor would I hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone else! It's brilliant.

We have just collected the Oyster 4 ultimate bundle from Bumps and Babies at Bridgend for our grandson who is expected in January. We were keen to support an independent company and found the staff to be helpful and informative at the time of placing the order in August. The practical advice really helped by Daughter and Son-in-law choose the travel system which was suited for them best. With the baby being due in January 2026 they were advised to order early to ensure they had everything they needed before the baby arrived. We collected the travel system on December 20th but unfortunately the carrycot stand was not supplied and would need to be sent at a later date by post. Furthermore due to the Christmas and new year period we were informed it may be 'cutting it fine' for the arrival of the baby in January. I decided to take the shop display stand (which I completely understand was my own choice). Just a little note to Bumps and Babies though...there have been several trips to Bridgend to collect the travel system which arrived in separate deliveries. No gesture was offered on Saturday for choosing the shop display stand as opposed to the one which was ordered in August. I was just a little disappointed at that and I felt this was just poor customer service.
I just wanted to say this as the travel system was ordered 3 months ago. A small gesture would have brought us back for business in the future perhaps but unfortunately that would not be the case now. Thank you.

I cant recommend bumps and babies enough. The customer service from Steve, mandy and the staff was A*. Answered all questions and queries I had on the Icandy peach 7 complete bundle cocoon and base that we purchased for our son and let me tell you there were alot of questions i asked and not one went unanswered or felt i was being a burden for asking. I was given choices and options for different car seats etc. From the 1st interaction, payment made and delivered to the door it was only a few weeks which I was super impressed with. Today I took my pram out for the 1st time and I absolutely loved it, was sooo lovely to push, easy to put up and down, also folds small for the boot.

When there other a year ago when i was pregnant with my little girl (she’s 1 now) they was amazing the clip broke on her buggy part to her pram and I rang them to see if I could buy a replacement they got it for free sent out, I’m now 15 weeks pregnant and I’ve already put a double buggy on order and they have been brilliant again second time around, I’ve even bought my daughter a buggy witch folds down smaller than her pram (for her to go to nans house) I seen it online I rang them up can I add this to my order to and now I’m just waiting for it to come in really fast at ordering stuff in I wouldn’t shop anywhere else for my babies prams,
First visited the shop with my daughter in June - it's her first baby and during our first visit we were definitely overwhelmed. Both Rachael and her colleague, whose name I forget now, were wonderful - left us to browse, no hard sell, on hand to answer all of our stupid questions and to demonstrate travel system features. We went to nearly every shop in South Wales on the same day and my daughter became certain that she wanted a Nuna Triv. We returned to buy it at Bumps and Babies because we had the best experience in there and also because it was significantly better value there, coming in at a lower price plus with additional accessories included. Just a brilliant deal! The experience at Bumps and Babies was a world apart from other shops, including big name stores who pride themselves on customer service - from pushchairs being locked up to being grunted at by sales assistants. Bumps and Babies is just in another league.

Absolutely amazing staff I spend 2 hours trying to figure out if I should get the Icandy peach 7 in the coco or cookie… The members of staff there were absolutely amazing helped me make my choice (was it the right choice for my bank? Probably not) but it was the right choice for my heart. Absolutely stunning stuff in store loads of prams etc to choose from and I received a complimentary photo shoot for when baby is born 🩷 there is also payment plans available if u would like to put money down every week or month to suit ur requirements definitely worth a visit if ur looking for the perfect baby essentials x

Bought the original pram (iCandy Peach 7 in cookie) then went back to get the adapter as we are having a second. Service is 10/10 and great advice given! Very competitive prices with the ability to give a discount here and there as it’s not a chain. Absolutely would recommend! One stop shop for all we needed!

First visit today, we were met with Rachael who was extremely helpful and attentive but also left us to have a go of the pram ourself. Any help we needed she was happy to show and anything additional information we requested she went out of her way to find out. Super happy with our purchase today and the customer service was second to none. Would recommend this place to any expectant parents
Beautiful shop where we were able to get a feel of a number of prams. Rachael was excellent and gave us space to try as well as being very knowledgeable on the prams which helped us in our decision. Definitely worth visiting the shop and the little nursery area upstairs is gorgeous. We were able to get exactly what we wanted and prices are very competitive with online retailers. We will be using them again for our next little one x

I would highly recommend Bumps and Babies! As new parents-to-be we found shopping for a pram and car seat very overwhelming, especially with all of the different types and styles out there to choose from. Rachel was absolutely incredible - she was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, gave advice where needed, and ensured we explored all options without being rushed into a decision. Nothing was too much trouble, and Rachel was very accommodating throughout the whole process - thank you!

Excellent service. Visited today and their ethos was to send us off to have a look and call for help if we needed it, always love this as there is no pressure to buy. We were just going for a look not expecting to buy. We asked to see 2 prams and had a full demonstration of both. The advice was genuine and discussed practicalities of the choices. The price was great as there was an offer on, they even store you pram till you wish to collect. Would highly recommend 👌
